Akor Cepte Gizlilik Politikası
Son güncelleme: Temmuz 2026Bu Gizlilik Politikası, SeyzeySoftware ("biz", "bize", "SeyzeySoftware") tarafından geliştirilen Akor Cepte mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanıcılarına ait kişisel verilerin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını, saklandığını ve korunduğunu açıklamaktadır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikada belirtilen uygulamaları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Topladığımız Bilgiler
Uygulama, hizmetlerini sunabilmek için aşağıdaki bilgileri toplar:
- Hesap Bilgileri: Google hesabınızla giriş yaptığınızda, adınız, e-posta adresiniz ve profil fotoğrafınız Google tarafından bize iletilir.
- Benzersiz Kullanıcı Kimliği: Hesabınızı sistemlerimizde tanımlamak için Firebase Authentication tarafından oluşturulan benzersiz bir kimlik (UID) kullanılır.
- Uygulama İçi Kullanım Verisi: Favorilediğiniz şarkılar, oluşturduğunuz klasörler, şarkılara eklediğiniz özel notlar ve kaydettiğiniz ton tercihleri.
- Bildirim Belirteci: Size bildirim gönderebilmek için, cihazınıza ait bir Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) belirteci saklanır.
- Ödeme/Abonelik Bilgisi: Premium abonelik satın aldığınızda, işlem tamamen Google Play Faturalandırma sistemi üzerinden yürütülür. Kredi kartı numarası gibi ödeme bilgileriniz bizim tarafımızdan hiçbir şekilde görülmez veya saklanmaz; bu bilgiler yalnızca Google tarafından işlenir.
2. Bilgileri Nasıl Kullanıyoruz
Topladığımız bilgileri yalnızca aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanırız:
- Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve yönetmek
- Favori şarkılarınızı ve kişisel tercihlerinizi cihazlar arasında senkronize etmek
- Yeni şarkı eklendiğinde size bildirim göndermek (bu özelliği açtıysanız)
- Premium abonelik durumunuzu doğrulamak
- Uygulamanın teknik olarak düzgün çalışmasını sağlamak
3. Verilerin Saklanması ve Güvenliği
Tüm kullanıcı verileri, Google'ın altyapısı olan Firebase (Firestore Veritabanı ve Firebase Authentication) üzerinde saklanır. Cihazınız ile sunucularımız arasındaki tüm veri iletimi şifreleme (HTTPS/TLS) ile korunmaktadır.
4. Verilerin Paylaşılması
SeyzeySoftware, kişisel verilerinizi hiçbir üçüncü taraf reklam ağı veya analitik hizmetiyle paylaşmaz. Uygulama içerisinde reklam gösterimi bulunmamaktadır. Verileriniz yalnızca hizmeti sağlamak için gerekli olan Google/Firebase altyapısında işlenir.
5. Veri Saklama Süresi ve Hesap Silme
Verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı ve ilişkili tüm verilerinizi silmemizi istediğinizde, talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır ve verileriniz kalıcı olarak sistemlerimizden kaldırılır. Hesap silme talebinde bulunmak için lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin.
6. Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulama, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek kişisel veri toplamamaktayız.
7. Kullanıcı Hakları
Kullanıcı olarak şu haklara sahipsiniz:
- Hangi verilerinizin tutulduğunu öğrenme
- Yanlış veya eksik verilerin düzeltilmesini talep etme
- Hesabınızın ve verilerinizin tamamen silinmesini talep etme
8. Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler
Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler olması durumunda, güncellenmiş politika bu sayfada yayınlanacak ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi buna göre değiştirilecektir.

Akor Cepte Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of users of the Akor Cepte mobile application ("Application"), developed by SeyzeySoftware ("we", "us", "SeyzeySoftware"), is collected, used, stored and protected. By using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
The Application collects the following information to provide its services:
- Account Information: When you sign in with your Google account, your name, email address and profile picture are provided to us by Google.
- Unique User ID: A unique identifier (UID) generated by Firebase Authentication is used to identify your account in our systems.
- In-App Usage Data: Your favorite songs, folders you create, custom notes you add to songs and your saved tone preferences.
- Notification Token: A Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for your device is stored so that we can send you notifications.
- Payment/Subscription Information: When you purchase a premium subscription, the transaction is processed entirely through the Google Play Billing system. Your payment information, such as your credit card number, is never seen or stored by us; this information is only processed by Google.
2. How We Use Your Information
We only use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your account
- To synchronize your favorite songs and personal preferences across devices
- To send you notifications when new songs are added (if you have enabled this feature)
- To verify your premium subscription status
- To ensure the application functions correctly technically
3. Data Storage and Security
All user data is stored on Google's Firebase infrastructure (Firestore Database and Firebase Authentication). All data transmission between your device and our servers is protected by encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
4. Sharing Data
SeyzeySoftware does not share your personal data with any third-party advertising network or analytics service. There is no advertising within the application. Your data is only processed on the Google/Firebase infrastructure necessary to provide the service.
5. Data Retention Period and Account Deletion
Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. When you request that we delete your account and all associated data, your request will be processed within 30 days at the latest, and your data will be permanently removed from our systems. To request account deletion, please contact us.
6. Children's Privacy
The application is not designed for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from this age group.
7. User Rights
As a user, you have the following rights:
- To know which of your data is held
- To request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- To request the complete deletion of your account and data
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event of significant changes, the updated policy will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be changed accordingly.
